Return and exchange policy

We fully understand at Linour®️ that you may change your mind regarding your purchase.  

If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact the Linour®️customer service team, available to assist you throughout the week from 9 AM to 9 PM via email at [email protected].  

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order, provided it has not been processed in our system. If your order has already been processed in our system, the return and exchange policy outlined below will apply:

- Products purchased through other websites or apps are non-returnable under any circumstances.

- The allowed return period for products is seven days from the date of receiving the order.

- The amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 4-7 business days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.

- Orders paid via Tamara or Tabby will have their refund processed through Tamara or Tabby.

- Samples provided by Linour®️ for promotional purposes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- Products purchased from other apps are subject to the return and exchange policy of the respective app where the order was placed.

- Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.

- The cash on delivery and delivery services are paid services. If the customer wishes to return the product, the charge for this service will be deducted.

- Offers that consist of more than one product are not eligible for partial returns.

- The return and exchange policy does not apply to products with removed labels, hang tags, or items that are damaged or have been used. The products for return must be in the same condition as when they were received.
